About Us

The Software and Automation Directorate is the technical unit responsible for the development and sustainability of all software solutions needed within the university. The design and development of systems that allow students to digitally manage their entire academic life cycle from university admission to graduation and post-graduation processes are carried out by our directorate.

The Internship Management System and Alumni Information System, which are actively used by students, academic and administrative staff at our university, have been developed by our directorate and are continuously improved. Web service integrations for platforms such as Blackboard and Academic Personnel Information System, which work integrated with these systems, are also within the scope of our directorate's duties.

In addition to these; User-oriented solutions such as the Disabled Support System, Strategic Plan Monitoring System, and in-hospital mobile applications specific to the Faculty of Medicine internship processes are also developed, managed and supported by the Software and Automation Directorate. In order to contribute to the digitalization vision of our university, the directorate continues to produce high-user experience, accessible and integrated software solutions.
