Electronic Tracking System of Clinical Activity (E-TSCA) – Mobile Application is a user-friendly mobile application that allows medical students to digitally record and track clinical activities, patient observations and reports on medical procedures they perform during their hospital internships. The application aims to systematically document student clinical experiences and integrate them into educational processes.

The E-TSCA application enables the educational process to be managed in a transparent and traceable manner by allowing the reports entered by students to be reviewed and approved by educational officers. Thanks to this synchronization, both student performances are closely monitored and feedback processes become more effective.

One of the main goals in the development of the application is to completely transfer the processes carried out on traditional paper forms to the digital environment and to encourage students to actively use current ICD-10 disease diagnosis codes. In this way, students' clinical knowledge level is increased and a contribution is made to the digital transformation of healthcare service delivery. E-TSCA is an important step in both increasing the quality of education and strengthening the sustainable digital record infrastructure.
