Internship Management System

The Internship Management System is an integrated platform that allows students to easily manage the internship processes they need to complete during their university education in a digital environment from the application stage to completion. Students can start their applications by logging into the system and entering details such as company information, date range, job description and advisor information regarding the internships they plan to complete. This data entered into the system is simultaneously shared with the Career Guidance Center, the institution where the internship will be held and the relevant academic units; the approval process can be monitored step by step in the electronic environment.

During the application process, the system automatically triggers the tasks of the relevant units and provides information to the student at every stage. After the approvals are completed, the necessary information for the student's SSI transactions to be carried out is automatically transferred to the Human Resources Department screen. In this way, students do not need to deal with transactions such as document delivery or manual notification. In addition, thanks to the interface in the system, students can instantly follow the stage of their applications and are guided by the system in cases of missing information or documents.

The Internship Management System, which stands out with its mobile-compatible and user-friendly design, also supports functions such as archiving students' past internship information, uploading post-internship reports, and communicating online with academic advisors. Thanks to this digital infrastructure, internship processes are carried out in a more transparent, traceable, and error-free manner; while students are made easier to fulfill their responsibilities on time, and the sustainability of university-industry collaborations is strengthened.
