Student Information System - OASIS
OASIS is a modular Student Information System that has a structural management system which allows individual units to manage themselves and constitute the main lines of the system by merging together.
OASIS (Organizational & Administrative Student Information System) brings new approaches to student information system. The fully web based system involves new approaches such as SMS notifications (inquiring grades, attendance), access through Mobile Equipment, and Mobile Phones in addition to course registrations, grade entries, obtaining transcripts, etc.
The project, administered by Management Information Systems Directorate, was launched in February 2007 and completed and activated in September 2008. So far, user entries for OASIS have been completed, and active students, academic units, and student affairs have been identified have been identified and authorized. Security mechanisms have been generated and enabled gradually. Following procedures/modules were carried out during this process:
